ORDERING

How long is your lead time?

Regular items are mixed, poured, and packaged within 1-7 business days. We will contact you if there are any delays. Made-to-order items are made within 1-2 weeks and the time frame is stated in the product description. Custom orders vary between 1-3 weeks depending on the order size and agreement. 

If you're in a hurry for your items we would encourage you to upgrade to Expedited Shipping at checkout.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email notification as soon as a label is created for your order. The tracking status of your shipment may take 24-48 hours to update once a label has been created. You also find the link to check the status of your order in your confirmation email. 

What is your shipping policy?

Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States. 

Enjoy FREE USPS Priority shipping on all orders over $35.
For orders under $35, a shipping fee is applied depending on weight from $3-9 USD. Once shipped, orders may take 2-5 business days to arrive.

How will my order be packaged?

We are proud to use completely plastic free packaging. Your items will be packed with recycled package paper and water-soluble packing peanuts and sealed with paper-based tape. Bubble mailers and clear bags are bio-degradable. All of our packaging can be recycled, re-used or composted. We also include packaging information and recycling tips in every order. 

Can my order be sent as a gift?

Absolutely! You can choose to ship directly to your recipient and we will include a personalized note (optional) 

To ship your order directly to your gift recipient: 

  1. Add the items you would like send to your cart
  2. Provide your Personalized Message in the "Add a Note to Your Order" box in your Shopping Cart (optional) 
  3. At Checkout, choose "Ship" for the Delivery Method and provide your Recipient Name & Shipping Address. 

Please note that orders are sent in our branded cardboard boxes and will include a packing slip (without prices).

What are your candles made of?

All of our soy candles are made with 100% soy wax flakes and essential oils and/or phthalate free fragrance oils. 

Where are your candles made?

We're a small batch candle shop dedicated to quality. Our inventory is mostly pre-made and some made-to-order products shipping from a home office in Dallas, Texas. 

Does your soy wax come from a sustainable source?

Our soy wax is domestically grown and processed in the US. 

 

 CUSTOMER CARE

 My order was damaged, what should I do?

If you've received your order and something has been damaged during delivery please let us know right away. Please contact us at wicksandwondercandles@gmail.com so that we can better assist. Include your Order Number, photos, and a detailed description in your email so that we can process an Exchange or Refund accordingly. 

Something is wrong/missing from my order, what should I do?

We are only human and very occasionally we may miss something out of your order. If this has happened please let us know and we will get the missing item to you and apologize profusely!
